Shipping Information

Preparation HQ has a flat-rate shipping policy. We charge $9.95 regardless of order size or weight. We currently use USPS, UPS and Fedex for our couriers and we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Currently we only offer shipping to the United States through our website, however if you live outside of the US and would like to place an order, please contact us first and we can arrange the proper cost of shipping.

Return Policy

Here at Preparation HQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order and to insure that we will do anything in our power to make sure that you are. However there are some ground rules we have to set to protect ourselves as well. If you place an order, get the wrong thing, wrong size, wrong color, etc. etc. we will either issue you a credit or a full refund less the shipping price as long as you contact us and arrange for the return within 7 days of your receipt of the order. It will be on you also to make sure you returned item(s) are mailed back to us in good shape. All items must be in as purchased condition (boxes must not be opened tags not removed & etc.) as we have to still be able to sell the returned item. If you mail an item back that has been used, then not only do you forfeit your return, but you forfeit your item as well (unless you want to pay an additonal shipping fee to have the item returned to you).
